      Villain is a 40/12/2.2 with 100% cbet (4/4) wtsd 21% , 180 hands
Only 1 read on him ( not that important though) - he complete folds/ sb.
      His turn cbet 50 % ( 2/4).

My question is about turn play; we pick up a bunch of equity - good enough spot to raise? If yes how big?
What is your line on river if we dont hit and its checked to us?

problem is that 40/12 would not really b/f turn his Ax hands if you´re going to c/r+ you have showdown value with KQ high.
So I would prefer c/c turn and then c/f river unless you know he can 3-barrel there quite light or fold to river c/rai, then c/rai river is also one option.
It would also make your hand a lot easier to play if you 3-bet pf for value
