      since he only min-raised then I like 3-betting QJs both for value (since you´re ahead his opening range) and also to prevent for example BB calling with very wide or also squeezing.
      Like postlfop betting 3 streets for value, since he can have there worse Qx hands that would call down or some lower pp-s, like TT/99
      Also I´d bet river more for value to 5$. 2.5$ looks a lot more like blocking bet so he may decide to turn some of his weaker hands into bluff and raise you to 9$
