CO seems fishy and is playing 60/25 with 1.5AF over 50 hands. I think that I can valuebet the flop and turn, but the river seems too thin. But since there are busted draws such as 45, 56, and flush draws, I decided to c/c the river to bluff catch. Also I dont expect him to shove the river with KQ, AQ, so his river shove range for value is something like QT, Q9, TT, 99, 33, 22.

      Is this line OK?

since he is also middlestack he may also have there wider range also including hands like A4, A5 or some pp-s that he might also decide to bluffshove
      especially with his stats.
So you can´t really fold your KQ to him and I think c/c river is good option to balance times when you´re going to c/f
Other option would put him all-in and hope he would call you down worse hands, like medium pp-s and worse Qx hands
