      since you´re middlestack I think tptk is enough to call his potsize river bet
      he may sometimes bluffing or have some missed draw, like 57 and we should be ahead enough times to call profitable

      He can try to bluff you off your hand after you show weakness on the turn or even go for a valuebet with Tx, so you should be good often enough to make a profitable river call.
