villain is 24/21, Cbet 71%, we had a history of agressive play. This occured right after a 3bet pot I won on flop check raise to which he folded.

      iPoker - GBP0.20 NL - Holdem - 6 players
      Hand converted by PokerTracker 3

      MP: G23.49
      CO: G21.82
      BTN: G26.80
      SB: G43.45
      Hero (BB): G31.46
      UTG: G23.87

SB posts SB G0.10, Hero posts BB G0.20

      Pre Flop: (G0.30) Hero has A:spade: Q:heart:

fold, MP raises to G0.80, fold, fold, fold, Hero calls G0.60

      Flop: (G1.70, 2 players) Q:spade: 9:spade: 8:club:
Hero checks, MP bets G1.27, Hero?

I 3bet here, and got a push. To that?

I would prefer 3-betting pf unless you have been 3-bet/4-bet history and you don´t really want to get all-in pf with AQ
If you want to c/r for value you should also get all-in that flop, since he can have a lot of draws that he would shove over your c/r and pair+draws, like QJ, maybe 8sxs.
You of course also has option to just c/c and call him down to let him bluff his air. This way you don´t loose your whole stack if you´re behind
