Hand converted with online PokerStrategy.com hand converter:

      Play hand

      $0.1/$0.25 No-Limit Hold'em (7 handed)

      Known players:
      MP1:
      $34.47
      MP2 (Hero):
      $25.35
      MP3:
      $25.00
      CO:
      $14.00
      BU:
      $28.15
      SB:
      $25.10
      BB:
      $24.05

      Preflop: Hero is MP2 with 7, 7.
      MP1 calls $0.25, Hero raises to $1.00, 5 folds, MP1 calls $0.75.

      Flop: ($2.35) K, 9, 9 (2 players)
      MP1 checks, Hero bets $1.50, MP1 raises to $3.00, Hero calls $1.50.

      Turn: ($8.35) 6 (2 players)
      MP1 checks, Hero checks.

      River: ($8.35) 7 (2 players)
      MP1 bets $3.00, Hero raises to $7.00, MP1 calls $4.00.

      Final Pot: $22.35.

How much should I have raised here? Villain is a 35 3 aggressive (4.5 agg) fish. As he minraises and then checks on turn, I expect him to have a 9 or maybe a K, being a maniac.
Maybe raising or pushing is better as he might call me with weak spades and maybe even a 9, but I expect him to push with As anyway, so I might lose value against weaker hands if i do so.

I think he would not bet that small with A high flush and if he does then he would not shove, since he afraid boat.
I would prefer raising him to 10$. he would likely b/c that amount with his flushes
