      Hey qxtwo,

      First, you should fold preflop unless you have some kind of read UTG is a loose player. Standard for 3-betting against UTG ranges is QQ+ only.

      As played, you have to c-bet this board because otherwise you just give up where you could take the pot down fairly often, but there's no need to shove. A half pot c-bet will be more than enough to achieve max FE on this dry and dangerous board.
