      Preflop: I would do the raise a lot bigger like $0,40. 2 limpers + OOP.

      Postflop: Don't think that we beat much anymore on river. And as well even the value-bet is pretty thin there. I might bet like $1 and fold to shove since I don't expect him to have any worse hands there anyways. Unless you expect him to Call with some kind of GS like AQ/AT there. Although even then I wouldn't expect him to shove the river.
