Should I´ve raised the flop here ? He could have still called with worse eg. any kind of draw.. ?

On the turn I should probably bet for protection.

      Hello acceleration123,

Flop: Nah, raising doesn't really make sense. We just isolating against better hands and I don't really plan to go broke. Rather just take the pot control and be happy to be ahead and win the pot. :D
Turn: Both are actually doable, either you bet or just Check behind for pot control. From my own perspective I'd say that betting would be my line to just see free showdown on river and maybe even get value from some draws.
River: Not much to do while we skipped the value on turn I am trying to get value from some weaker pairs but keep in mind not to make it too big. Rather smaller to give them room to Call with weaker pair.

      Best regards.
