      My assumptions about the opponent ranges are something like this:

      Text results appended to pokerstove.txt

      16,376,808 games 0.765 secs 21,407,592 games/sec

      Board: Kc Qh 9h
      Dead:

      equity win tie pots won pots tied
      Hand 0: 25.639% 23.50% 02.13% 3849312 349596.50 { AhJd }

      Hand 1: 40.234% 38.08% 02.16% 6236175 352936.50 { TT-22, A9s+, KTs+, QTs+, JTs, AJo+, KJo+ }

      Hand 2: 34.126% 33.12% 01.01% 5423304 165484.00 { TT-22, AQs-A2s, K9s+, Q9s+, J9s+, T8s+, 97s+, 86s+, 75s+, 65s, KJo+, QTo+, JTo }

      ---

      Do you think it´s fine or am I perceiving the ranges badly here ??

      Hand converted with online PokerStrategy.com hand converter:

      Play hand

      $0.02/$0.05 No-Limit Hold'em (9 handed)

      Known players:
      BB:
      $5.51
      UTG1:
      $11.32
      UTG2:
      $4.78
      MP1 (Hero):
      $5.39
      MP2:
      $7.26
      MP3:
      $8.66
      CO:
      $5.00
      BU:
      $6.15
      SB:
      $9.47

      Preflop: Hero is MP1 with A, J.
      2 folds, Hero raises to $0.20, MP2 folds, MP3 calls $0.20, CO folds, BU calls $0.20, 2 folds, BB folds.

      Flop: ($0.67) K, Q, 9 (3 players)
      Hero bets $0.40, MP3 folds, BU folds, Hero gets uncalled bet back.

      Final Pot: $0.67.

      Hello acceleration123,

      Nah, the ranges ain't wrong. Although we can't really setup ranges just randomly when we even don't know their VPIP or how they play. :D Their ranges might be even worse.

      But about the play while we have the backdoor FD + GS I don't even mind to CBet on such a board while I expect them to fold a lot worse pairs and maybe even Qx depending on opponents. But of course once again it depends on the opponents I am against, at some spots I might even prefer just Check/Folding.

      Best regards.

      Just trying to learn to think in ranges. I found myself not doing that, but rather just playing some learned lines. Wanna change this.

      Their ranges might be even worse.

      Obviously, but rather always expect the worst case scenario right ? :)

      Yeah! Definitely thinking about ranges helps to improve your game-play. :) But try that sometimes with stats, although as I see you still play without them?

      I do, I want to improve my thinking in ranges first :D . What I mean - I am a bit scared about becoming stats (over)oriented and playing just by the stats which I don´t think is good. Maybe it´s also a bit matter of ego - I wanna prove myself that I can beat the micros without stats. :f_p:

      The micros are definitely beatable without playing stats and it's not only to proof yourself that you are capable but as well for the future where you will base even more on the reads/ranges.

      + on the rush they ain´t really worthed much till I achieve a decent sample which could last pretty long.

      But I am going to start using them in regular cash games.
