      could i think about this player that he was a fish even after 20hands? ... was rr preflop correct? and on the flop c-bet even if i knew that this player was a fish?

      Preflop: Yeah, 3betting here is totally fine against somewhat min-raise.
      Postflop: Although I might even just Check it here since I don't really see having much fold equity anyways against him who is likely going to Call at least once on flop with even overcards. We could as well even consider just Check/Folding here, usually when we plan to Cbet here then we have to consider maybe even 2nd barreling but I don't want to do it against a fish.
