      Hi Pokerstrtategists..
I really have a lot of respect for what I have learned and am still learning through the pokerstrategy site, but I am sick and tired of getting sucked out with made hands by outplayed donkeys and fish who consistently bust me with made post-flop hands..
for instance, I had a read on this idiot fish but still sucked out.. I've been in the hole now quite a while.. I guess solid poker doesn't bring my game any further.. I love poker but I think it's time to switch sites or something...

Take a deep breath, make yourself a cup of tea, get relaxed.

You're playing with variance, get used to the frequent loses and try to minimize their count. It's all about your mindset.

I don't know if it's just me, but it's interesting that you are playing these limits and dont understand the equity of your hand against your opponents'. In fact, on the flop and on the turn your opponent had 40% of equity against you, and it's not really a bad beat ;)
