      I just called pre, cause we were 200bb deep and wasn't planning to go broke in this spot . When he calls my big c/r i think his range is JJ+,AQ, ,AhKh, KhTh ,Th9h and maybe 66 .
      Turn is blank and i make a value bet. The river completes Fd and T9. I think i can make another value bet, smth like 4$ and fold to a raise.

      Hello dudiloiu,

      Preflop: Totally agree with you here and usually I would do the same as we are so deep.
      Flop: You could do it like pot size raise, although your sizing ain't much wrong either.
      Turn: Definitely betting as well myself rather than trying anything fancy. We have still protect from any kind of draw and get value some sets as well or maybe even overpairs.
      River: And by the way it's good that you are putting opponents on ranges, you could as well try playing around with the range in equilab and then figure how you doing against their ranges and so on. Although I still see that we should rather block-bet/Fold it than facing some kind of bet and then have hard time calling it. There are still a lot worse hands like overpairs, maybe worse sets which may easily Call us as well.

      Board: J:heart: Q:spade: 6:heart:  3:club:  8:heart:
             Equity     Win     Tie
      UTG    12.00%  12.00%   0.00% { KK+, JJ, 66, AQs, AhKh, KhTh, Th9h, 9h8h, AQo }
      UTG+1  88.00%  88.00%   0.00% { QhQc }

      As you can see we still can block-bet/Fold pretty profitable and there are a lot of worse hands which may as well Call us. I might do the sizing even like $5.

      Best regards.

      when i reviewed the hand i thought i should make a blockbet, it's just that i don't have much experience playing deep and maybe got scared of the river card. Definetely must improve on that cause i don't want to hit and run. :D

      I saw u gave him 9h8h but 8h comes on the river. :s_cool: . After looking on the forum at the posted hands, following as many coachings as i could , i started to sense a little about putting people on ranges. I still have a lot more to learn though.

      thanks

      Oh, yeah with the 8h. But if you just remove it, you will get even better equity. :D

      Which overpair did he have then? :D

      Yep, very likely according to his passiveness. He would likely just try to get it in when he had some kind of set type of hand. Missed some value. :(
