      min 4-bet looks very strong and has a lot of times aces/kings, but since he is middlestack and you have queens I´d also shove pf.
      Your hands just seems to be a little too strong to fold. If you want you can cosnider just calling pf TT/JJ and then trying to get away if you don´t hit your set, but with QQ you are likely better just playing for stacks
