Grabbed by Holdem Manager
NL Holdem $0.10(BB) Party
SB ($19.41)
Hero ($12.76)
UTG ($3.65)
UTG+1 ($13.63)
CO ($10)
BTN ($18.44)

Dealt to Hero Q:spade: A:spade:

fold, fold, fold, fold, SB raises to $0.40, Hero raises to $1.20, SB calls $0.80

FLOP ($2.40) 2:club: K:spade: 2:diamond:

SB bets $2.28,
Hero folds SB wins $2.28

Villain is 40/26 over 35 hands. He took a while to think about it. I guess it's a standard(ish) fold, but it's a great board to bluff at, and the pot size donk bet on such a dry board seems very suss to me. I guess kings are a fairly large part of his range, but it felt wrong after I folded. Can you find a call here?

Hello gorgi0128,

Welcome to the NL BSS Hand Evaluation Forum! Hopefully we will see more hands from you in the future, so we will be able to help you fix your leaks and as well help move up the limits. We will be waiting for the next hands and till that good luck on tables!

About the hand:
Yes, often times it's rather safer to fold the hand while you even don't know the opponent. Of course his play doesn't make sense at all, when he even does have the Kx, why he is donking and even that big. From some aggressive players we could easily think that they are bluffing here. But while it just costs too much for us, rather just fold it since we don't know him.

Best regards.
