Is this a good or bad flop to c-bet? I am OOP and there is a potential str draw, but I think it is ok?

The Turn possibly helps a str draw and it hasn't helped me. My check appears weak and might have induced a bluff from villain. Should I have c-bet the turn? If so how much?

      $0.05/$0.10 No Limit Hold'em - 9 players

      SB: $9.90
      BB: $4.14
      UTG: $14.06
      UTG+1: $2.00
      UTG+2: $3.64
      MP1: $6.48
      Hero (MP2): $11.87
      CO: $10.49
      BTN: $14.26

Pre Flop: ($0.15) Hero is MP2 with Q  A :club:
4 folds, Hero raises to $0.40, CO calls $0.40, 3 folds

      Flop: ($0.95) 5  T :diamond: 6 :spade: (2 players)
Hero bets $0.60, CO calls $0.60

      Turn: ($2.15) 4 :spade: (2 players)
      Hero checks, CO bets $1.61

      Hero ?

      Regards,

yeah, standard spot to c-bet, board isn´t that drawy, you have overcards+ you can always barrel on J and K turns
If you want you can c/f turn, but if you always c/f turn then you´re getting exploited by good players, so sometimes you can go for 3-barrel bluff
If he doesn´t have AT+ he should fold on the turn or river. 1.5$ should do the job
