OP is 27/26/6.0 over 101 hands
Is this ok spot to 2-barrel?I get a gutter + i think he would go on only with his Ks, would raise a set and fold 66,88,99,TT,JJ if he's calling that much pre. How much Ks could he call there pre anyway?

I would prefer 3-bet smaller to 0.9$ since JTs plays fine postflop and since you have position you can make him likely very often fold if he misses.
Ah is perfect barreling card. He may c/c once with his draws or maybe even 88, 7x and definitely Kx hands, but I think he would fold most of them to your turn barrel and since you have J high with just a gutshot then you don´t mind if you get c/r off your hand. Also if you bet 5$ on the river he would very likely get rid his Kx and weaker hands, but betting turn has definitely more fold equity.

How much Ks could he call there pre anyway?
      - like KQ, KJs, sometimes Kts hands
