Bad beats

Every time I've reached the final table, in an MTT with over 500 players, I've always won at least 1 bad beat on the way. If it has been several thousands entrants I've won several coinflips and probably 3-4 bad beats.

      How about you guys?

      Congrats man. :f_biggrin:

Almost everytime I bust out of MTTs it is because I took a bad beat... ;(

Nah just kidding that's the nature of MTTs. You can be the best poker player in the world, with reading skills so amazing you know the hand of every opponent but you'll still get nowhere if you take 1 or 2 bad beats in succession, depending on your relative stack.

You need a hell of a lot of luck, if you can make some difficult folds and calls along the way all the better, then you can at least feel like you deserved some of the luck. What goes around comes around I guess.

Even when I bust out, if I make the right call, while not exactly happy, I can at least be satisfied that I played ok and then look for areas to improve.
