      Preflop: I'd raise it bigger like at least $0,12 for being OOP and there is a limper.
      Postflop: There is not much to induce bluff from, rather just block-bet/fold the river yourself like 1/2 pot and fold to a raise. He might still Call us with some weak pairs while he could easily capable of Checking behind them.
