More importantly why do you keep donking out small? You're telling the villian exactly what you have (A medium strong hand you want to see a showdown with but are scared of a big bet...), and allowing him to play perfectly against you, ie. raising big when he has the nuts and otherwise drawing super cheaply with his FD, QJ etc and then getting super value on the river vs. you whenever it hits. Also the donking just lets him raise even bigger since there is more in the pot and he can be fairly sure you will call since you are allready showing a vested interest in getting to showdown.

These small blockbets really dont work for anything other than when you actually have the nuts and are trying to induce something from a very specific type of agro villain I think.

Or at least this is what I would say from my fairly limited experience in the micros ^^

      Gl!

surprised he raised so small on the river, its not like you can ever have a flush there

That's because people at NL4 aren't good enough to raise more than all in

Agreed. Villain definitely went for a too small all-in. Should've made it bigger.

Obviously. That's why you play with your WHOLE bankroll instead of just a small part of it. To get all those shiny monies.

I bet you would have folded if they were not suited. AK suited is just such a pretty hand lol.
