Hero requests TIME, Hero bets $7.25 ??

Villain has 11$ left in his stack
      60/10 guy over 10 hands

I thought that my river bet is going to get value from many of his Qx, Kx hands but in retrospective I dont know if they are so many and also I expect him to fold anything worse than a pair of Queens.

If I assume that isn't c/f the river a better option? Once I check I think I clearly can't expect him to bet himself worse than a flush.

      I would prefer b/c river
He would call us down with worse hands and I think 7$ should be fine bet size that he would call us down with Qx hand
With two pair I don´t really see how we can c/f river, so I would prefer betting out myself
