Hand converted with online PokerStrategy.com hand converter:

      Play hand

      $0.1/$0.25 No-Limit Hold'em (6 handed)

      Known players:
      MP2 (Hero):

      Preflop: Hero is MP2 with Q, Q.
Hero raises to $1.00, 3 folds, SB calls $0.90, BB folds.

      Flop: ($2.25) 2, 8, 3 (2 players)
SB checks, Hero bets $1.50, SB raises to $3.00, Hero calls $1.50.

      Turn: ($8.25) 4 (2 players)
SB checks, Hero bets $5.00, SB calls $5.00.

      River: ($18.25) T (2 players)
SB bets $9.70, Hero calls $9.70.

      Final Pot: $37.65.

Villain-unknown.I have no idea what he is trying to represent with his c/minraise on flop but I dont want to get it in here. After he checks turn I think that he shows weakness and is probably on a draw so I bet for value with the intention of even placing a thin value bet on the river if he checks there again.River call is standard I guess.Suggestions of a better line?

likely you don´t want to get all-in on the flop, so I would played the same way
Not sure why he is betting river, but he can always have there smt like AT, so you can´t really fold
