got about 500 hands on villain . and he is 20/13 and never donks. he has about 50% fold to cbet. on river does he ever bet there with worse. The only hand I can see him betting with "maybe" is KJ, everything else beats me. JQ KT, TT, 22, AA, AK. I dont see him betting AJ or AQ there.

      so:
      bet flop?
      b/c turn?
      call river?

      bet flop?
      - yes
      b/c turn?
      - I think so. If he is bluffing you like to keep bluffs in and against Kx you can get all-in on the river being ip
      call river?
      - call is safer, since he doesn´t have there too many Kx hands and one hand that you were ahead on the turn- KT, also got there on the river, so most of the times you´re only ahead against KJ or some kind of bluff

      not really.
he may decide to defend his BB smt like K9s, K8s and he may always bluffraise turn and decide to bluff river hand that has no showdown value, like small pp
KQ is too strong hand to fold that spot also consider that he would most likely 3-bet pf AK/KK/AA and you only then loose on the turn to 22
