I have about 350 hands on villain he is 13/11 5% 3 bet and dont really have a squeeze sample. (8% out of 24 hands so irrelevant) I am tempted to call there because a shove normally points toward AK to me. So call , fold or shove there?

since BB would shove that spot AK and sometimes also TT, I´d prefer isolating shove with JJ
If you want you can fold that spot AQ and TT, but imo JJ+/AK is too strong to b/f

yes I'd defo fold AQ, TT, and AK depends on reads and stacks because i am behind slighlty behind TT-QQ, I will lose on rake in a big pot vs AK and I dont think villain does it often enough with AJ-AQ (unless reads tell me otherwise)
