Hi guys, this was against a tilted fish that lost a pot when I sucked out on him AI, re bought and lost 1/3 of his stack almost immediately.

OR opens wide and folds to sqeezes and 3bets a lot.

I am including the results to show what hands I expect there, I believe hands like AT AJ and w/e are in the fish's range as well as he seemed pretty tilted/pissed by now and played nearly every hand last couple orbits.

      Thoughts on the sizing/plan?

If you´re comfortable 4-bet/folding against UTG open raise then I like 4-betting that spot AQ and getting HU against CO.
He would 3-bet there quite a lot of hands that you dominate, like KQ, AJ, ATs and getting all-in against his range should be fine.
Like your 8$ size. if co only calls then you´re pot committed and can shove any flop
