Is the turnraise good when we get there like this?
What would be our plan on the river?
Small sample, villain seems very aggressive betting a lot, but didn't seem like a fish

don´t really like your float that much oop
You have backdoor draw+overcards, but he may easily valuebet there better hands and he may decide going on pot control some pp, so you can´t be sure he would only stab once and then give up.
If you want to make play, then bet out flop, I doubt he would going to raise that spot random 89s and if he is going to raise, he usually has there some kind of pp or A high that is anyway ahead against your hand
I would c/r a littlebit smaller to 5.5$, although 6$ should be also fine.
You´re reping 5x+ so you really don´t have to protect against too many draws.
I think he would usually not b/c turn with his Ax hands, so I´d prefer giving up on the river if I don´t improve. If you think he is floating you or can fold his overpairs then you can also shove on blank river
