      I think I'm calling flop and folding vs turn big bet because the guy is playing so passively 3 handed that I don't really expect to see many other hands in his range than biigger flushes.

      Playing 3 handed and only rasing 8% of his hands preflop I think it's quite passive, also the AF is on the lower side as well.

      I think that if he bets big on the turn he is often going to show up with a bigger flush than ours - his m3bet on the flop and an eventual big bet are enough to convince me that I am beat in this spot.

      40/8 can definitely have there lower flushes that he is 3-betting flop for value, also he may have 77/22 that he called pf to hit his set.
      I think your hand is too strong to fold it any point, so I´d call flop and call him down. if you think he would also get all-in his sets or maybe have A high flushdraw you can also 4-bet to 9$ and play for stacks
