      I would like to bet bigger on the flop like 2.25-2.5

      Also I like to barrel turn because he can always call us with some worse Tx or a fs/sd or a pair + draw type hand ( because of your very small bet on the flop he is not likely to fold any of those)

      As played I think the river is definitely a call, if he happened to have A7 that's just one hand in his pretty wide range. ( he can bet himself Qx, Jx, busted diamond draw, JT, etc)

      If you check back turn for pot control you have to call river, since he can bet there worse hands or bluff his missed draws
