I know this is a pretty bad call as i think he is valuebetting the river with a king and nothing else. But the question I wanted to ask is, is a small bet on the river usually a value bet from them?

      Hello Alexd10,

Flop: Yep, I do like the raise here as well. Because it's often pretty weak hand and even if not then we can likely take a note on him for the future.
River: I wouldn't say like it's always a Kx here, might even be that some bad players/fishy players could just donk this way with some weak pair as well. And just for the given odds and for information(note) I'd as well Call it down. We need only like 13% equity there to make it profitable.

      Best regards.
