villain is mostly unknown just 5 hands and look slightly on the loose side but dunno really.

I like my shove barrel, for a few reason. I think is range has a lot of 9Ts TJs AT, 55+ and maybe some higher FD. but that is worst case scenario as on such a drawy board he would have raised a lot of his range. On flop with such a monster I am happy to get it AI.

against the full range on turn I have nearly 50%:

      Equity Win Tie Loss Hand
      Player 1: 48.462 % 48.161 % 0.602 % 51.237 % 9c8c
      Player 2: 51.538 % 51.237 % 0.602 % 48.161 % 55+, AcKc, AcQc, AcJc, ATs, KcQc, KcJc, KcTc, QcJc, QcTc, JTs, T9s, ATo

      ----------------------------------------

however if I remove the sets and QQ+ that more than likely would have pushed the flop on such a drawy board:

      Board: Ts 9s 7c 5c

      Equity Win Tie Loss Hand
      Player 1: 54.037 % 53.541 % 0.992 % 45.467 % 9c8c
      Player 2: 45.963 % 45.467 % 0.992 % 53.541 % JJ, 99-88, 66, AcKc, AcQc, AcJc, ATs, KcQc, KcJc, KcTc, QcJc, QcTc, JTs, T9s, ATo

I am now ahead. Also by pushing I have a good fold equity / or protect myself against higher FD.

any thoughts of playing it differently?

yeah your hand is a little too strong to play it passively, so I like your flop raise and turn shove.
He may have there draws, but also he may fold that point his overpairs
So you should always have there some fold equity and you can also see showdown if he happens to have there some high flushdraws
