      since it is rush and utg+1 raises I might just call to keep worse hands in, but if you want to squeeze then 5$ is fine
      I´d also raise flop to MP2 donk and play for stacks. He should have there enough flushdraws which he would like to see cheap turn and even if you call flop I can´t see you folding on blank turn card
