      0.10/0.25 No-Limit Hold'em (8 handed)
Hand recorder used for this poker hand: Texas Grabem 1.9 by www.pokerstrategy.com.

Preflop: Hero is CO with K:spade: , Q:spade:
      UTG+2 calls $0.25, MP1 raises to $0.50, 2 folds, Hero raises to $2.00, 4 folds, MP1 raises to $5.00, Hero …

Here I decided to take MP1 min-bet as limp, so I raised 2$. When he re-raises me I am pot committed. My stack size : raise size = 1.5 : 1 and obviously I am all-in. How should I react to these min-bets pre-flop from MP? What about min-bet coming from EP?

well, I would fold KQ against unknown (at first), especially the early one. simply because the best we can get is coinflip. but with the stronger hand TT+ AQ+ I would consider betting (preferably pushing with deadmoney in the pot). At least you can have a note on min betor.
