      Final Pot: $2,62

Flop: I cbet 3/4, he calls so I assume he has Ax or a flushdraw
Turn: Turn completes a flush so I check behind
River: when he checks on the river i'm thinking he's weak so I fire a bet. But he insta-raises me so I guessed he really completed his flush

Do u think my fold was justified or should I have called in that spot?

      Peace,
      Mircea

I would check behind on the river. What worse hand do you think will call your bet?

On river you're "bluffing" with the best hand, if he really is weak he won't call you with worse, that's for sure.

      Hey M1rCea,

You estimate his range to be Ax and FDs on the flop, then FD completes on the turn meaning you don't beat anything anymore, so I ask you why would you bet against him on the river what do you expect to achieve with that bet?

As said before, you have a hand with showdown value on the river and villain is letting you go to cheap showdown, so you have a standard check behind on the river. Flop and turn are well played.

As played, you can't call river check/raise thus your fold was correct.

      Best regards,
