Hand converted with online hand converter:

      Hand afspelen

      $0.05/$0.1 No-Limit Hold'em (7 handed)

      Known players:
      BB (Hero):

Preflop: Hero is BB with K, Q.
4 folds, BU raises to $0.40, SB folds, Hero calls $0.30.

      Flop: ($0.85) 7, A, 9 (2 players)
Hero checks, BU bets $0.54, Hero calls $0.54.

      Turn: ($1.93) 5 (2 players)
      Hero checks, BU checks.

      River: ($1.93) 2 (2 players)
Hero bets $1.20, BU raises to $3.20, Hero folds, BU gets uncalled bet back.

      Final Pot: $3.13.

      Villain 10/7/3.9/1kh
      Fold to 3bet = 43% but 100% fold to resteal (3)
      Cbet flop = 94% turn = 43%

Normally I would 3bet in this spot. But I noticed he has a leak in his cbetting, almost always cbets flop but a lot less on turn. So I thought I could get more value from him postflop since he would have probably folded preflop.

Was thinking about raising the flop first but the board isn't drawy so I figured I couldn't be representing much, so I just called.

Like suspected he checks the turn so I bluff the river making it look like a value bet. I just have to fold on his raise.

What do you think of this play? Thx

      Hello rvvrecke,

Basically the idea is great what you had there but I am not really big fan of floating Ax boards actually. And as well would be great to know his WTS.

Of course those boards are floatable but often I do like to float it when there is some kind of draw then we are sure that he is going to 2nd barrel there with the Ax to protect from draws and if he doesn't we can easily take down the pot.

      Best regards.
