      Hello brobz,

      Preflop: Way too small raise, 2 limpers so $0,60.
      Postflop: Not really big fan of the raise here and either the size. Just call and reevaluate it on further streets. If you raise bigger here then no worse will Call anyways. Otherwise the river is rather a fold, you are likely beat against his line. Of course the odds are pretty good but I still don't really see him playing this way with a lot worse.
