This is my standard line for value betting TP oop.
I'd fold to any raise. Are the bet sizes OK?
I didn't expect CO to show me that hand, but is this play correct against a typical loose passive player? If I c/c the river, I probably loose value against weaker hands and pay stronger hands just as much.

Hand converted with online PokerStrategy.com hand converter:

      Play hand

      $0.02/$0.05 No-Limit Hold'em (6 handed)

      Known players:
      MP3 (Hero):

      Preflop: Hero is MP3 with J, K.
MP2 folds, Hero raises to $0.17, CO calls $0.17, 3 folds, 2 folds, BB folds.

      Flop: ($0.41) 8, Q, 9 (2 players)
Hero bets $0.28, CO calls $0.28.

      Turn: ($0.97) K (2 players)
Hero bets $0.60, CO calls $0.60.

      River: ($2.17) 7 (2 players)
Hero bets $1.00, CO calls $1.00.

      Final Pot: $4.17.

      Results follow:

Hero shows a pair of kings(Jd Ks).
CO shows a pair of aces(Ac As).

CO wins with a pair of aces(Ac As).

      Hello StaringAtGoats,

If he really is that loose players then I do agree with your line, against stations we can pick it. Nice hand! And definitely would fold to any raise.

      Best regards.
