Hand converted with online hand converter:

      Play hand

      $0.1/$0.25 No-Limit Hold'em (6 handed)

      Known players:
      SB (Hero):

Preflop: Hero is SB with 2, 2.
4 folds, Hero raises to $1.00, BB calls $0.75.

      Flop: ($2) 2, 4, 2 (2 players)
Hero bets $1.30, BB raises to $2.60, Hero calls $1.30.

      Turn: ($7.2) J (2 players)
Hero checks, BB bets $4.25, Hero raises to $9.00, BB folds, Hero gets uncalled bet back.

      Final Pot: $11.45.

Villain-minraises all my cbets in SBvsBB spots. So I only call his minraise. Is c/r turn and bet size ok?What line would be better?

      I like your line
He is likely either bluffing or have there flush. So you should want to make sure all the money would go on the river and best way is to c/r turn and shove river
If you think he has there often just air then c/c turn and c/rai river

i would like more c/c turn, c/r river , bc you said he is raising all your cbets so there will be a lot of air in his range and since you have absolute nuts, he should catch something. or let him bluff again on the river.
only overpairs are maybe betting turn and cb river.
