MP3 raises to $1.00, CO folds, Hero calls $1.00, 2 folds.

      Flop: ($2.35) T:diamond: , 2:spade: , K:club: (2 players)
      MP3 bets $0.75, Hero calls $0.75.

      Turn: ($3.85) 4:club: (2 players)

      River: ($5.85) T:heart: (2 players)
      MP3 bets $4, Hero folds.

Tried to float. I guess bad timing, should maybe fold flop. 99 is a little too weak to re-raise pre-flop?

I'd call PF for setvalue. And fold on the flop.

But since this is SH, and I don't play SH. Maybe reraise PF is not a bad move.

If he's a preflopraiser I think it might be ok, to reraise PF that is. And if he doesnt call the 3bet too much

You may 3-bet preflop. As played, I'd reraise the flop or the turn or fold directly. Calling flop nad turn but folding the river seems a bit weired.
