      Hello,

I finally got a full version of HEM, imported my pokerstars and fulltilt hands but it doesnt show the correct stats. When I imported them to PT3, pokerstars was completely fine but there were some problems with full tilt.
I got many "unfinished" tournaments on pokerstars. Today, I asked full tilt for all my hand histories which I input, still couple unfinished tourney + some are not even included.
How do you import it correctly? It really starts to piss me off

      Thanks for any help

For tourneys the hands are not enough, you need additional summaries from Stars / FTP

ok so i got the tournament summaries from ful tilt poker in excel file. How do I import it? It seems like it cant import excel file so I tried to save the file as .txt and then import. It imports but shows no changes to the results. How do you do that properly?
      thank you

Excel format is not supported. You need the original summary files in .txt format which are written by the client.

Do you still have the original hands from ftp (probably in PT processed folder)? They should contain the summaries.

In PT3, there is problem as well. No summaries. I didnt care that much since PT3 is just trial version.
I have all my FTP hand histories and they send me tournament summary in excel file called "player account history"
What should I do? Ask FTP for tournament summary in .txt file? And then try to import? HEM will automatically recognize that those are the summaries to the previously imported hands?

      Thank you

      Hello Pavel,

Thank you for contacting Full Tilt Poker Support.

Like we said in the previous email, we are unfortunately not able to send tournament summary text files.

You can download your Tournament History as per the instructions in the previous email and then manually add the results in the 3rd party tracking software.

If there's anything else we can help you with, please let us know. We're always here to help.

The only option left is to edit the tourney results manually in the dataview

Why not select the text in excel, then copy/paste it to a text file and import it or paste it directly to hem?

I read it somewhere in elephant documents, you could paste it directly from windows clipboard. maybe hem could do it too or if not just paste it to a textfile and import the file.

pokerstars has always been much more helpful
I guess I will just keep track of my results starting now ... I checked all my withdrawals and deposits I made with my bank so I know how much money I have invested and how much I actually won. It sucks that I cant see the results but what can I do ...
Also seems like there is a problem with Rush poker, HUD basically doesnt work with it since it's slow and it doesnt import the results, maybe its a problem on my site. I dont know, will try to figure it out...

For PT3 all you have to do is run tournament detect and then you are done. You don't even have to import the summaries if you don't want to.
