      was it correct to shove?

I didn't have any reads on him. thought he had an overpair or maybe tp and raised to protect his hand. (have to admit: i didn't see the SD) I think calling would have been bad as there were 2 players behind me. Should i have minraised him and fold to shove or just fold?

      Hello josvdk,

Welcome to the NL BSS Hand Evaluation Forum! Hopefully we will see more hands from you in the future, so we will be able to help you fix your leaks and as well help move up the limits. We will be waiting for the next hands and till that good luck on tables!

About the hand, I don't really see any other way to play it. I do like it and I would as well go broke. He may easily have a lot worse hands like pair+SD, pair+FD, 2pairs and so on hands. And against that kind of range we easily get the equity and even are ahead.

      Best regards.
