      Is it OK to fold here? If yes, How would QQ and AA be played in this situation?

      this is very read dependent situation. On the paired board there is a lesser chance that they hit something, therefore, against very agressive opponents I would call. If you think about it from his perspective: why on earth would he overbet the flop (betting exactly the ammount you have left), holding a K? you have position, so there is quite a chance that you will cbet or BB can make a move. So, in my opinion, this bet looks more weak then strong and I would call it if I had reads. and pot odds are quite good as well.

      same goes for JJ, QQ.

      with AA you call against any opponent.
