Hand converted with online PokerStrategy.com hand converter:

      Play hand

      $0.1/$0.25 No-Limit Hold'em (6 handed)

      Known players:
      BU:
      $49.64
      SB (Hero):
      $25.00
      BB:
      $25.35
      MP2:
      $25.00
      MP3:
      $26.51
      CO:
      $23.88

Preflop: Hero is SB with Q, A.
MP2 raises to $0.75, MP3 folds, CO calls $0.75, BU folds, Hero raises to $3.75, BB folds, MP2 raises to $7.75, 2 folds, Hero folds, MP2 gets uncalled bet back.

      Final Pot: $4.75.

Villain-unknown.I get odds of 3:1 but I would have to play an often dominated hand OOP.Is there much else i could have done but fold?

He is likely not bluffing so I like your fold
If you think you get too good odds to fold then you have to go with your hand if you hit your tp, but since very small 4-bets are mostly AA/KK then fold is better option
