      I´d just 3-bet flop and get all-in
      He has there enough draws that would get all-in and if he is raising smt like AJ I think he might also fold to flop 3-bet or turn shove
      c/rai on the turn is fine, although 9s is likely not the best card, since that improved most of his draws, but in case he is bluffing I like your shove since he would b/f sometimes on that turn card
