[NL2-NL10] NL5 - Calling AI with bottom set

Co shoving the turn, I'd put him on 2Pair, higher sets, KQ (straight) or a flush. So my bottom set doesn't do that good against his range. As played I think I have to call, but should I have done anything different earlier on?

Hand converted with online hand converter:

      Play hand

      $0.02/$0.05 No-Limit Hold'em (6 handed)

      Known players:
      SB (Hero):

Preflop: Hero is SB with 9, 9.
2 folds, CO raises to $0.15, BU folds, Hero calls $0.13, BB folds.

      Flop: ($0.35) 9, A, T (2 players)
Hero checks, CO bets $0.30, Hero raises to $0.80, CO calls $0.50.

      Turn: ($1.95) J (2 players)
Hero bets $1.40, CO raises to $4.05(All-In), Hero calls $2.65.

      River: ($10.05) 6 (2 players)

      Final Pot: $10.05.

      Results follow:

Hero shows three of a kind, nines(9d 9c).
CO shows two pairs, aces and tens(Ad Td).

Hero wins with three of a kind, nines(9d 9c).

      Hello StaringAtGoats,

You have to raise it bigger on flop ~$1,20 would be my raise. And otherwise not much to do, I am as well going broke. He may easily have 2pairs/pair+draw or whatsoever hand in his range.

      Best regards.
