bet more on flop, you allow him to draw. If he calls your 2/3 pot bet, then turn decision is easier) (push)

Can we push flop directly? Pot no the flop is 2.35$. 2/3 of the pot is 1.6$. If he calls, pot on the turn will be 5.55$. Hero is left 2.15$ behind. I think we are pot committed here.

      I would push flop, imo.

I wouldn`t do it. Our stack:pot ratio on the flop 1.59. I would push if I had overcards + preferably gutshot/backdoor. FD possibilities make it a bit more complex to play, because on a dry board you are wa/wb and can easily give up your hand after any ressistance.

The reason why we should bet 2/3 is that it is enough to make non-ace hands to fold, but if you push and get called by an Ace you have only 2 outs to improve... The problem here is possible Flush draws, against which we don`t have much fold equity. So I guess, on the flop we should approach this hand as a standart wa/wb situation - bet/fold.

However, if we get called, given the turn card (A), FD possibilities and pot odds we should definitely push turn. I think we even have some fold equity against non-A hands.

Xylere, very good explanation , exactly that i was thinking to push on turn, but i was scared as i often (i dont have stats) get "slowplayers" in the game
