Villain is playing 23/15 over 13 hands.

Should I isolate preflop out of position ? The hand seems to be strong enough.
Should I donk the flop ?
Should I valuebet the turn when flop was checked through ?

      Hello acceleration123,

Preflop: Guess while he doesn't have a full stack and seems to be rather bad player I'd just Call as well and play postflop in smaller pot against him.
Flop: Actually if you planning to Check/Call it anyways then rather donk it and even have fold equity and might take down the pot right here.

      As played
Turn: Actually as he didn't bet the flop he might still try to bluff it here and Checking ain't like a big mistake. Although it should be sometimes even considerable to bet it while he seems to be pretty loose and it's like that he is going to Call with wide flush-range.
      River: Bet for value.

      Best regards.
