      position|bb/100|VPIP|PFR

      sb|3.22|36.5|27.4
      bb|-30.06|36.3|13.7
      ep|10.23|18.7|18.4
      hj|0.57|18.4|17.9
      co|9.24|25.6|23.8
      bu|26.39|34.9|32.8

Is this vaguely normal for a 6-max .25/.5 limit holdem player?

It's normal imo. If you wouldn't play any hands from the blinds, you would be losing 100bb/100 hands in BB and 50bb/100 hands in SB, and given your stats you're winning some of the posted blinds back which is good ;)

      What's your hand sample?

mmm, wouldn't I be losing 100/6 bb/100 in the big blind? and 50/6 in the small blind?

and actually this isn't from a very large sample to be fair, but, it's something that's always been the case over at least 150k hands, that and wildley diverging showdown/non-showdown winning lines

No, because it's positional stats. :) I can't give you any advices since i'm not a FL player, but your blinds VPIP seems high to me, you're playing more hands from blinds(out of position) than you play on the button

heh good point on the position stats, silly of me!

as for the high VPIP in the blinds, i think that's ok, i used to be way too loose so started using a starting hands chart to reign me in a bit and those stats have come since the change, i've heard that everyone loses from the blinds so when you put it the way you have, i'm actually recouping a large amount of my losses there

I doubt it's possible to sustain a profit from the sb - you have the worst position and have to pay the blind, so you'd need quite a skill edge. Having said that I had -0.06 big blinds from sb and -0.12 from bb from 15k NL micro games, which I have been told is not sustainable either.
