I was 3betting villain quite a lot for several sessions and made him fold a lot and he had notes on me.After his 4bet I think he was just trying to adapt so I went for 5bet bluff

.However, once he pushed it turned out that I need 25% equity and vs a range of 99+/AQ+ I have 30% so I had unfortunately committed myself. As you can see I got a little lucky

.So is there a point in 3betting sb who has started to adapt?Should I rather decrease my 3bet frequency or should I make bluff 5bets instead? As we can see with a 5bet I am totally committed so is bluff-shoving the better option?
