Hi Justen and welcome to PokerStrategy, good to see you.

For your own protection, I've removed your email address from your post. Whilst our members are all genuine, friendly and eager to help each other, large parts of this forum remain open to the public and we wouldn't want your personal data to be compromised or spammed etc.

You will of course find a lot of material in the strategy and video sections here. Members can also provide their own ideas and experiences here in the thread for you.

Welcome once again to the community and look forward to hearing how you get on in due course.

      Best regards,

A good first step would be to tell what variant of poker you are playing.

The strategies are different in different gametypes, also depding on if you play 9-max or 6-max and from what positions you play etc.

So to give you any answer, we would first need to know what you are playing/want to play!
