      Villian is 7/2 70 hands.

I think best case scenario for river is to just check call? If we raise we're isolating against flushes, better straights.

But we're getting 3.5 or so odds to call, so that's fine?

Against a lot of his range we could be ahead, and probably a bigger bet be flush. So against any 2 pair, set, overpair, we have a lot of equity?

      Thanks!

      Hello Jim4rdo,

It seems like he blocking here something and therefore I might even raise the turn as well. But definitely it ain't a mistake to Call.

But as played, I might still consider even raising a bit on river like $1,50 or something similar. Don't think that he would play flush this way. Although definitely just Calling ain't wrong either and likely the safest play, plus you get a note on him.

      Best regards.

If you remember I wanted to raise cos I said he wouldn't play his flush that way :D

But you made me do the sensible thing! :) (which i think was probably right) (wish I had listened on the KK hand :D )

Well, not sure, maybe some opponents could fold the hand he had here - like veriz said, he is not likely to play a flush this way ... so when we´d raise he could fold ... but some could not let it go ... ofc our line is not likely to rep the flush too I guess :f_biggrin:

Curious, what did he have? 55?

Other than that, I think maybe 99 could play like that, if he is extra-super-nitty (as stats seem to show).

      He had JJ here.

We were both pretty surprised when he showed it.

      Weird play by him!

Worth taking a note. :D And of course very horrible play and I wouldn't even surprised when he levels himself to Call there our small raise.
